Cleaning and organizing is billed by the hour with a 2 hour minimum. We sort and organize what you want to keep. We do not haul away junk, remove furniture or appliances, or handle mold, asbestos or other hazardous materials. If you see mold or standing water, have a qualified professional look at it first.
